Happy New Year!

The deadline for Fall 2010 first-year applications was January 1st. Paper and electronic documents are being processed, and we will let you know by mid-February if we are missing credentials from your file.

The deadline for Fall 2010 transfer applications is April 1st.

If you wish to be considered for need based financial aid, and you have not already done so, you will need to complete the 2010-2011 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. The quickest and easiest way to file is electronically; click here for a link. To list NYU as a recipient of your information, you will need our federal school code number, which is 002785. You DO NOT have to wait until you or your parents file federal income tax forms for 2009 to complete and file the FAFSA; you can use estimated figures for 2009 on the FAFSA if necessary. Please do not wait to be admitted to file your FAFSA. The priority FAFSA deadline is February 15 and the transfer deadline is March 1st.
